ISO 19650 Workset Manager
Automatically create ISO 19650-aligned worksets in Revit, grouped by category, level, and discipline. Preview every workset and its element count, then create and assign them all in one click.
App description
ISO 19650 Workset Manager builds a workshared project's worksets for you instead of doing it by hand. It scans every modeled element in your project - or just your current selection - and groups them by category, level, and whether they're structural, then proposes a workset for each group using a naming template you control.
Before anything is created, you get a full preview: every proposed workset, its element count, and the exact name it will get, with Discipline and Category editable per row so you can fine-tune the split without leaving the dialog. A searchable category panel lets you include or exclude entire categories from the run, and switching between Entire Model and Selected Elements lets you scope the operation to just the part of the model you're working on.
If the project isn't workshared yet, the plugin offers to enable worksharing for you. When you click Create Worksets, it reuses any existing workset with a matching name instead of duplicating it, then assigns every element to its workset in a single transaction.
